What platforms do you build on?

Standard and Premium builds ship on a CMS — Shopify and WordPress are our primary platforms, with Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and headless React/TanStack stacks also available. Startup (entry-level) builds are coded directly in React or hand-written HTML/CSS/JS — no CMS — for maximum speed, security and a lower price point. Content updates on Startup sites are handled by us.

Shopify and Webflow include hosting. For WordPress and custom builds, we'll recommend (and configure) a managed host like Kinsta or Cloudflare Pages.

Yes — our monthly SEO retainer starts at $499/mo and includes keyword strategy, on-page optimization, link building and monthly performance reports.

Can you train my team?

Yes — but only on Standard and Premium builds, which ship on a CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.). Every Standard/Premium project ends with a video tutorial recorded against your site, plus a live walkthrough on Premium. Startup builds are coded in React/HTML for performance and don't include a CMS, so there's nothing for non-technical staff to 'edit' day-to-day — content changes go through us.

Will my website automatically get visitors or traffic after launching?

No — launching a website is the start, not the finish. A new site has zero traffic on day one. To get visitors you need an active growth channel: SEO (organic search), paid ads (Google/Meta/TikTok), social media, email, or referrals. We help you pick the right mix and run any of those for you.

Will people automatically know about my website after launching?

Accepted Answer

No. Awareness is a separate problem from having a beautiful site. Your audience needs to be told the site exists — via ads, social posts, your existing email list, partnerships, PR, or SEO. Plan for at least 3–6 months of consistent promotion before traffic compounds.

Will my website be searchable on Google after launching?

Accepted Answer

Eventually yes — but not on day one. Google needs to crawl, index and rank your pages. With our SEO foundations (sitemap, robots.txt, schema, fast hosting) sites typically appear in search within 1–4 weeks for branded queries. Ranking for competitive non-branded keywords takes months and ongoing SEO work.

Do I need ongoing maintenance, or is a launched site 'done'?

Maintenance is essential. Software, plugins, themes and integrations get security patches monthly. Without updates and backups your site eventually breaks or gets hacked. Our maintenance plans handle updates, backups, monitoring and content edits so you don't have to think about it.

Do I own my website after you build it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 100% of the design, codebase and content is yours from day one. A few caveats on bundled extras: the free domain and hosting are included for the first year only (renewals are on you afterwards), and on monthly payment plans full ownership/handover of the codebase happens once the build is fully paid off — unless you've paid in full upfront, in which case everything transfers immediately at launch.

We build with editor-friendly content management — you can edit text, swap images and add pages without touching code. We also include a Loom training video walking you through your specific site.

A premium website is a senior team's time, modern tooling, conversion strategy, performance engineering, copy, design systems, SEO foundations and post-launch support — not a templated theme. If you're shopping for the cheapest option we won't be the right fit. We deliver high-quality results that pay for themselves, and we charge accordingly.

Yes — every site needs them. We bundle a free domain (1 year), free SSL and recommended hosting in most packages, so you don't have to figure out the technical setup.
